Design Concept & Spatial Efficiency
The Jovi model is specifically designed to maximize outdoor views through the layout of two main areas: a bedroom space enclosed by glass panels and an open terrace with side wooden railings. Each area features its own independent access steps from ground level.
Its stilted structure is supported by concrete pedestal foundations (umpak) to isolate the wooden floor from direct ground moisture. The Limasan roof style, with a total height of 5 meters, provides balanced building proportions while promoting comfortable indoor air circulation.
