Architectural Concept & Spatial Efficiency
The Moris model offers superior outdoor expansion through its connected front and side terraces. The Limasan roof form, paired with an extended sloping canopy roof over the terrace area, delivers a sturdy and well-balanced structural aesthetic.
The building is erected on concrete pedestal foundations (umpak) to elevate the wooden floor above ground level. The front and side facades are dominated by high glass panels complete with wide folding/swing doors, maximizing natural daylight entry during the day and providing unobstructed views of the surrounding landscape.
