Architectural Concept & Spatial Efficiency
The Tribook model highlights a main triangular roof form paired with a multi-level side structure. This architectural combination delivers an expansive interior volume that allows for the integration of an internal mezzanine/loft space.
The sharp roof slope facilitates optimal rainwater drainage, while the front facade is dominated by tall glass window arrangements. This design maximizes natural indoor lighting during daytime hours while offering expansive views of the surrounding landscape. The front section features a stilted terrace with wooden safety railings as an outdoor relaxation area.
